PEORIA - The Radiothon originally schedule for December 5 - 6 was postponed to January 16-17 after the tornado of November 17. The popular event will feature John Riley and the team at 93.3 spending two days broadcasting from the OSF Saint Francis lobby to raise funds to support the ongoing needs of Children’s Hospital. Last year the event raised $237,457.

John, a 28-year radio veteran, musician, comedian, frazzled father of four and host of the Morning Drive on 93.3 The Drive in Peoria, has been named Radio Personality of the Year four times by the Illinois Broadcasters Association. For more than a decade he has hosted the annual Drive for Miracles Radiothon to raise money and awareness for the Children’s Hospital of Illinois. The event has raised more than $1.5 million dollars since 2001.
