EUREKA - University of Illinois Extension-Woodford County and OSF Healthcare co-sponsor an “informal but informational” walk-in Diabetes Clinic at the Woodford County Extension office at 109 E. Eureka Avenue, Eureka. The next clinic will be held at 1:30 p.m. on March 21 and is free and open to the public. No registration is necessary. Shopping Smart, will be taught by OSF Dietetic Interns and Jenna Smith, University of Illinois Extension nutrition educator. It is designed especially for people living with diabetes. OSF Dietetic Interns will discuss nutrition, portion control and how to make smart food choices for better health. Anyone who has diabetes, family members, friends and/or caregivers is welcome!
