EUREKA – Breathing is the link between body and mind. On Monday, February 18th at 6:30 pm at the Eureka Public Library, certified yoga instructor Peg Toliver will teach you basic breathing techniques that melt away tension, thereby helping you to better cope with stressful situations. The class will review breathing patterns that help you to relax deeply as well as those that generate more energy in the body with the goal of enhancing your everyday function. Class fee is $6.
