EUREKA - Do you spend hours in front of a computer and end up with a headache or tense muscles? On Thursday, February 7th at 6:30 PM at the Eureka Public Library, certified yoga instructor Peg Toliver will teach you some basic postures and simple movements that can relieve eye strain and discomfort in the shoulders, neck and hips.

Additionally, you will learn about online resources for desk yoga workouts. Class fee is $6. Space is limited; register and pay at the library by Tuesday, November 5th. For more information, call the Eureka Library at 467-2922
