EUREKA – Eureka College will hold an open house for its organizational leadership weekend degree completion program from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Jan. 19 at Burgess Memorial Hall on College Avenue.

The open house will provide prospective students with information about the program that allows students to complete a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership on weekends and prepares them to assume management-focused leadership positions at organizations in the public and private sectors.

The weekend format is geared toward individuals who find it challenging to complete a degree in a regular semester format. Those with a transferable associate’s degree or who have completed a minimum of 51 hours of transferable credit hours are eligible to be considered for admission.

Classes meet five successive semesters every other weekend on Friday evenings and all day Saturdays. It takes approximately 20 months to complete. It is based on a cohort model in which students take every class together throughout the entirety of the program.
