The Center for Healthy Lifestyles offers Cholesterol Screenings

BLOOMINGTON -- The Center for Healthy Lifestyles at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center will offer cholesterol screening with blood draw on Wednesdays, May 14, 28, June 11, 25, July 9, 23, and August 6 and 20 from 8 to 9 a.m.
The screening includes total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, blood glucose, blood pressure, and healthy lifestyles counseling by a certified counselor. For the most accurate results, 12 hour fasting is recommended prior to testing.
The screenings are offered by appointment only and will be held in the Center for Healthy Lifestyles located just inside the Center for Advanced Medicine at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center.
The cost of the screening is $ 25 per person and preregistration is required. To register, please call toll-free 1-888-6 ASK OSF (1-888-627-5673).
