'(Lower calorie version)
by Karen D. Fyke

Cousin Joy says this is a great snack food. Every time she goes by the refrigerator, she gets out a little bowl of it.

1 pkg fresh cranberries, rinsed (and take out the spongy ones)

2 stalks celery, chunked up
1 C English walnuts
Sugar/Splenda to taste

Put the first three in a food processor and grind until fine. Then sweeten to taste. The sugar will cause the berries to give up some of their moisture, so the mix will be juicier than if you use Splenda alone.
