These don’t “keep” and they don’t warm up well either, but friend Marchia said they were “beyouteeful” when they came out of the oven.

2 C. self-rising flour
1 C. whipping cream


1. Preheat oven to 450F.
2. Combine flour and cream in a mixing bowl, stirring just until blended ( The dough will be a little stiff).
3. Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and knead 10 times.
4. Roll to 1/2-inch thickness and cut with a 2 inch cutter.  
5. Place biscuits close together on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake 10 minutes.


Makes 12 biscuits... (almost).
(Per biscuit: 140 calories, 7g fat, 25mgchol. 2g prot. 16 carbs, 1g. fiber, 270 mg sodium.)
