Friend Wendy Olson gave me this recipe which she says is really good. 3 lb cooked chicken breast, cut in bite-sized chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup Mix together and put in a 9x13 pan. Cover and bake at 350° oven for 1 hour.1 can cream of chicken soup 16 oz. sour cream 8 oz cheese, shredded Topping: 1 box stuffing mix Mix topping ingredients together and spread on finished casserole.
