Cousin Joy says this is a favorite with her family. Even those who don’t like sweet potatoes think this dish is good.

3 cups mashed sweet potatoes, cooled

3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 T vanilla  
1 stick soft butter

Mix and beat at high speed with mixer. Pour into greased baking dish.

Topping
1/3 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soft margarine
1 cup chopped pecans

Mix topping until crumbly.  Sprinkle on top of sweet potato mixture.  Bake for 30 min at 350°.
