Carmen Dunn from Niantic, IL, introduced her family to this yummy coffee cake, and it was sister-in-law Joanna Parish who shared it at a Harristown Christian Church fellowship time. 2 C. flour
1T. baking powder 1 t. salt 2 sticks butter 3/4 C. packed brown sugar 1/2 C. sugar 3 large eggs 1 C. whole milk 1/2 C. blueberries Combine the above. Put in 9x13 greased pan. Topping: 1/2 C. blueberries 1/4 C. sugar 1 t. cinnamon Sprinkle blueberries on top of cake. Combine cinnamon and sugar and put on top. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 400°. Let cool for 20 minutes. You can use frozen blueberries but don’t defrost them before you use them and toss with 1T. flour before you stir into cake or sprinkle on top.
