Karen’s Corner: Spicy Green Beans

Every diet seems to allow unlimited amounts of green beans, but they can get pretty boring. Here’s a way to spice them up:

1 can cut green beans (1/2 the juice drained off)
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2 slices American cheese or a scant 1/2 inch slice of Velveeta brick
(How much you use is up to you and how
stringent your diet is)

Put all in a saucepan and heat until the cheese is melted.
