The trip titled “Discovering Ronald Reagan’s California: An Insider’s View” will be Feb. 17 through 21 and will feature tours of the USS Ronald Reagan in San Diego; the Reagan Ranch Center and the Reagan Ranch, both in Santa Barbara; and the Reagan Presidential Library and Museum in Simi Valley.
The library excursion will include a luncheon with library director Duke Blackwood and a tour of the Air Force One Pavilion. It will conclude at Reagan’s memorial site. The trip also will include tours of the J. Paul Getty Museum and the Ronald Reagan Medical Center at UCLA, both in Los Angeles. The cost of $2,100 includes accommodations at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles, meals, receptions and admission and transportation to tour sites. Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from California, which is not included in the tour cost. The trip is limited to 30 participants.
