EUREKA – Advance tickets for rides at the Eureka sesquicentennial carnival will go on sale at 9 a.m. July 24 at the City Building, 128 N. Main St.; Eureka Public Library, 202 S. Sheets of advance tickets good for seven rides any time will cost $13. Only 100 sheets will be sold, and sheets at that price will not be available at the carnival. Tickets at the carnival will cost $1 each, and rides will require multiple tickets. Big H Amusements is providing the carnival, which will include 18 rides and food concessions. The sesquicentennial celebration also will include children’s activities, musical entertainment, arts and crafts, a Saturday-night cruise-in and much more.
